Responsible for the strategic direction and operation of Sales, Catering, Reservation, and Communications. Responsible for formulating an annual Marketing Plan to incorporate clear and specific action plans for all departments.
University graduate in Business Administration or Hotel Management. Ideally 5 years minimum as Director of Marketing in a Four- or Five-Star international hotel.
Serve as a Member of the Executive and Operating Committees to support the short- and long-term vision goals for the company. Provide strategic vision and direction to all reporting departments and Corporate Advertising.
College degree in Business/Marketing/Hotel Administration, a Master’s or secondary degree preferred. Extensive management experience in a luxury resort, including 5+ years in a senior sales/marketing capacity at a major hotel/resort complex with significant meeting space with oversight of all hotel market segments.
Direct oversight of all Player Development departments for all properties. Maintain a sales contact system for tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of sales efforts to players. Recruit high-level Player Development executives and measure the effectiveness of their contributions; as well as oversight of all Hosts, Executive Hosts, Player Development executives, and appropriate Administrative personnel.
College degree preferred. Must have at least 10 years of experience in executive-level casino positions, preferably in marketing and/or credit at high-volume casinos; as well as excellent customer service and talent relation skills. Must understand and practice measurement principles in terms of the effectiveness of sales efforts.
