Executive Directors will:

Executive Directors must have:
A degree in a relatable field;
Extensive experience in operations for large, Four- or Five-Star, Four- or Five-Diamond hotel/resorts;
Expertise in managing staff of more than 50 employees;
Demonstrated skills in Sales & Marketing and Food & Beverage.

Under the direction of the President, the incumbent will recommend, develop, and administer the activities of the resort operations to optimize utilization of all resources and return optimum profits and quality from operations.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Hospitality Management or related field, Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of recent management experience to include 10 years of Casino/Hospitality industry experience.
Direct operations for assigned departments which may include, but are not limited to, the Front Desk, Guest Services, VIP Registration, Bell Services, Valet Services, Transportation, Business Center, and employee development and training.
Five or more years in hotel operations managerial experience in a major hotel resort complex required. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration or Business Management required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a 3-to 4-Diamond, 3-to 4-Star Hotel. Casino Hotel experience is a plus.
The Hotel Manager continually focuses on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and developing employees, while maintaining the integrity of the hotel. Assists the General Manager in planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling all aspects of the hotel. Serves as a leader in maintaining the highest standards of quality and service to the guests.
Must have at least 6 years in a similar or related position in a luxury hotel with over 500 rooms; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience required. Previous experience in a unionized environment a plus.
Responsible for all aspects of property management including maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards while maintaining the integrity of the hotel. Provide a positive work environment for all associates and maintain programs vital to the company culture. Ensures the hotel complies with company customer service, product, and brand standards including policies and procedures. Works closely with the Hotel Manager in planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling all aspects of the hotel.
