Under the direct supervision of the CFO, directs all accounting functions, including establishing and maintaining the organization’s accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives. Prepares financial reports and presents findings and recommendations to top management.
BA/BS degree with an emphasis in Accounting and a CPA license are required. Must have 10 years of total accounting experience, including 4+ years in the Gaming industry. SEC reporting experience is preferred.
Evaluates the profitability of the Database Marketing programs. Analyzes the active database growth and increases database size and value. Develops and executes approved Database Marketing programs. Adjusts marketing strategies and plans to meet changing conditions due to market and competition. Develops report formats with Analysis Department to improve data reports and integrity. Develops and implements departmental budgets and forecasts. Monitors monthly programs to ensure both revenue and expenses are within budget.
Bachelor’s degree required as well as a minimum of 10 years of casino marketing experience. Must be fluent with and have a current working knowledge of Microsoft Office software using it regularly. Must have 5 years proven management experience with a team of 5 or more employees. Must understand and use database management and analysis tools. Must have a minimum 5 years experience managing database marketing programs in the casino gaming industry. Must have demonstrated multi-channel casino marketing experience and skills with a proven track record of increasing patrons responses and ROI. Must maintain a flexible work schedule, willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rearrange vacations as needed.
