University graduate in Business Administration or Hotel Management. Ideally 5 years minimum as Director of Marketing in a Four- or Five-Star international hotel.
The Executive Director of Advertising plans and implements advertising, related marketing and communication activities for two major casino brand marketing and positioning efforts located in the Northeast US, as well as for other Company enterprises.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of increasing responsibility and relevant experience in Advertising, Marketing or Communications; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Serve as a Member of the Executive and Operating Committees to support the short- and long-term vision goals for the company. Provide strategic vision and direction to all reporting departments and Corporate Advertising.
College degree in Business/Marketing/Hotel Administration, a Master’s or secondary degree preferred. Extensive management experience in a luxury resort, including 5+ years in a senior sales/marketing capacity at a major hotel/resort complex with significant meeting space with oversight of all hotel market segments.
Provide direction and leadership to the Direct Sales Department.
Bachelors Degree and 7-10 years of specific database/direct marketing experience preferred.
Evaluates the profitability of the Database Marketing programs. Analyzes the active database growth and increases database size and value. Develops and executes approved Database Marketing programs. Adjusts marketing strategies and plans to meet changing conditions due to market and competition. Develops report formats with Analysis Department to improve data reports and integrity. Develops and implements departmental budgets and forecasts. Monitors monthly programs to ensure both revenue and expenses are within budget.
Bachelor’s degree required as well as a minimum of 10 years of casino marketing experience. Must be fluent with and have a current working knowledge of Microsoft Office software using it regularly. Must have 5 years proven management experience with a team of 5 or more employees. Must understand and use database management and analysis tools. Must have a minimum 5 years experience managing database marketing programs in the casino gaming industry. Must have demonstrated multi-channel casino marketing experience and skills with a proven track record of increasing patrons responses and ROI. Must maintain a flexible work schedule, willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rearrange vacations as needed.
Oversee multiple advertising, public relations, direct mail, and collateral needs to increase group and individual revenues, market awareness, and expansion of property products and/or services.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or 4 to 10 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing Asian gaming customers through personal contact to generate incremental gaming revenues. Develop and maintain new business relationships to increase awareness, drive trial, and build customer loyalty.
