Serve as a Member of the Executive and Operating Committees to support the short- and long-term vision goals for the company. Provide strategic vision and direction to all reporting departments and Corporate Advertising.
College degree in Business/Marketing/Hotel Administration, a Master’s or secondary degree preferred. Extensive management experience in a luxury resort, including 5+ years in a senior sales/marketing capacity at a major hotel/resort complex with significant meeting space with oversight of all hotel market segments.
Provide direction and leadership to the Direct Sales Department.
Bachelors Degree and 7-10 years of specific database/direct marketing experience preferred.
Oversee multiple advertising, public relations, direct mail, and collateral needs to increase group and individual revenues, market awareness, and expansion of property products and/or services.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or 4 to 10 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
