Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of property management including maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards while maintaining the integrity of the hotel. Provide a positive work environment for all associates and maintain programs vital to the company culture. Ensures the hotel complies with company customer service, product, and brand standards including policies and procedures. Works closely with the Hotel Manager in planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling all aspects of the hotel.

Qualifications

Must have at least 6 years in a similar or related position in a luxury hotel with more than 500 rooms. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience required. Previous experience in a unionized environment a plus.
