The incumbent in this position will be responsible for all Table Games operations for over 200 Table Games.
10 years prior experience as a Director of Table Games and Operations exceeding a minimum of 100 Table Games.
Direct oversight of all Player Development departments for all properties. Maintain a sales contact system for tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of sales efforts to players. Recruit high-level Player Development executives and measure the effectiveness of their contributions; as well as oversight of all Hosts, Executive Hosts, Player Development executives, and appropriate Administrative personnel.
College degree preferred. Must have at least 10 years of experience in executive-level casino positions, preferably in marketing and/or credit at high-volume casinos; as well as excellent customer service and talent relation skills. Must understand and practice measurement principles in terms of the effectiveness of sales efforts.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through personal contact to generate incremental gaming revenues. Develop and maintain new business relationships to increase awareness, drive trial, and build customer loyalty.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have 5 to 7 years of experience as a Casino Host, or 7 years of casino marketing experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have held a Director-level or above title for 5 years, and have a working knowledge of the Casino Credit function.
