Direct and organize the Food and Beverage function within the hotel to ensure high standards of Food and Beverage quality, service, and merchandising to maximize profits. Participate in total hotel management as a member of the Executive Committee.
High school or equivalent education required, and a Bachelor’s degree and multilingual ability preferred. Must have several years of experience in overall Food and Beverage operations, as well as management experience; and a background in Culinary, Sales, and Service.
Develop policies, and direct and coordinate all food and beverage activities, including restaurants, food services, catering/banquets, kitchen utility, conventions, room service, and employee cafeteria by performing the following duties either personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Ten (10) years progressive experience in a large food and beverage operation; five (5) years experience must be at the Director level or above. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality/Restaurant preferred.
