Oversee all aspects of the Food & Beverage division for Restaurant Operations
Minimum five years of experience in a senior food and beverage role in a luxury resort property. Must have strong service standards training and product knowledge, and a strong wine and beverage background. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Oversees operations and financials for multiple F&B outlets with volume of over 500,000 annual covers.
Must have a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and/or a minimum of 10 years of food management experience, including a variety of high-volume outlets.
Direct all F&B Operations for multiple outlets, In-room dining, and casino floor beverage service.
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field, preferred. Must have purchasing and inventory control experience and proficiency in MICROS. Experience working with unions is a plus.
Develop policies, and direct and coordinate all food and beverage activities, including restaurants, food services, catering/banquets, kitchen utility, conventions, room service, and employee cafeteria by performing the following duties either personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Ten (10) years progressive experience in a large food and beverage operation; five (5) years experience must be at the Director level or above. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality/Restaurant preferred.
