Job: Executive Director

Luxury hotel/resort General Managers looking for slight career change from luxury hotels to luxury senior living communities.

Executive Directors will:

Develop the image and brand for the community;

Represent the community throughout the surrounding area;

Increase revenues and reach profit goals;

Oversee all operations;

Build relationships with residents, families and staff;

Ensure regulatory compliance.

Executive Directors must have:

A degree in a relatable field;

Extensive experience in operations for large, Four- or Five-Star, Four- or Five-Diamond hotel/resorts;

Expertise in managing staff of more than 50 employees;

Demonstrated skills in Sales & Marketing and Food & Beverage.

Executive Directors must be willing to commit for the long-term and must be willing to blend into an outstanding company culture.
