Executive Directors must have:

A degree in a relatable field;

Extensive experience in operations for large, Four- or Five-Star, Four- or Five-Diamond hotel/resorts;

Expertise in managing staff of more than 50 employees;

Demonstrated skills in Sales & Marketing and Food & Beverage.

Executive Directors must be willing to commit for the long-term and must be willing to blend into an outstanding company culture.

Experience in a major hotel and/or hotel company a plus. Must have experience in a volume operation, and come from a quality food background with multiple restaurant outlets.

Direct all F&B Operations for multiple outlets, In-room dining, and casino floor beverage service.

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field, preferred.  Must have purchasing and inventory control experience and  proficiency in MICROS.  Experience working with unions is a plus.

Oversee all aspects of Hotel Operations for this Four-Star, Four-Diamond, Preferred Hotel, including financial, marketing, staffing and Guest Service

Must have at least 7 years of experience in a luxury hotel/resort, with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory/management experience.    A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a similar field is Preferred.  Exceptional skills in Hospitality and Guest Service is Required

Oversees operations and financials for multiple F&B outlets with volume of over 500,000 annual covers.

Must have a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and/or a minimum of 10 years of food management experience, including a variety of high-volume outlets.

Ensure that revenue management practices are consistent with company policies and procedures, as defined by the Corporate Revenue Team.

BS/BA degree in Business, Management, or Statistics preferred. Minimum two years experience as a Director of Revenue Management or equivalent.

Develop policies, and direct and coordinate all food and beverage activities, including restaurants, food services, catering/banquets, kitchen utility, conventions, room service, and employee cafeteria by performing the following duties either personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Ten (10) years progressive experience in a large food and beverage operation; five (5) years experience must be at the Director level or above. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality/Restaurant preferred.

Direct operations for assigned departments which may include, but are not limited to, the Front Desk, Guest Services, VIP Registration, Bell Services, Valet Services, Transportation, Business Center, and employee development and training.

Five or more years in hotel operations managerial experience in a major hotel resort complex required. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration or Business Management required.

Direct, coordinate and manage the activities relating to accounting, fiscal report, debt management, finance functions including cash management, investments, business licensing administration, and sales tax administration, real estate, risk management and purchasing, Responsible for the continuous improvement of the finance and administration function. Active involvement in all strategic decisions.

CPA required. Gaming experience required.

Planning and production of meals, procurement of food supplies and kitchen equipment, supervising and coordinating kitchen personnel, and ensuring quality standards. Also responsible for enhancing the food product and effecting changes in response to marketplace and guest needs to ensure the profitable operation of the Food and Beverage Department.

Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent, and a degree from a certified food service program, apprenticeship, culinary school, or equivalent. Must have 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a Four- or Five-Diamond hotel with sizeable conference and banqueting facilities, including previous supervisory experience.

Provide direction and leadership to the Direct Sales Department.

Bachelors Degree and 7-10 years of specific database/direct marketing experience preferred.

Oversee multiple advertising, public relations, direct mail, and collateral needs to increase group and individual revenues, market awareness, and expansion of property products and/or services.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or 4 to 10 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
